Santa Barbara is a special avenue in Glendale’s Verdugo Woodlands neighborhood.  Only one block in length, it feels more like a tree shaded cul-de-sac.  Its wider lots allow the homes to enjoy a more relaxed setting with their neighbors.  It is no wonder that in 1926 Mr. Frank Rey proposed and built this artful one story Spanish here at this pride of ownership address.
